Pre-order
Is this a pre-order item?
Selected LeBRA products are available for pre-order. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page and at checkout.
When will pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping from September 09, 2026. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
LeBRA currently offers delivery across selected European countries, including the United Kingdom. Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark using trusted carriers. Depending on your location, you can choose between DHL Standard, DHL Service Point, UPS Home, UPS Access Point, GLS, or DAO (where available).
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Where is my order?
If you have not received tracking information within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu and we will assist you.
Are taxes and duties included?
Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable taxes. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties or import fees may apply depending on local regulations.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay (available in selected Nordic countries).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
How do I return an order?
To initiate a return, please register your return through our returns portal using your email address and order number. You can read more on our Returns & Refunds page here.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
When will I receive my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within 1–4 business days after your return has been received and approved at our fulfillment center. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested directly through our returns portal, subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

How does LeBRA sizing fit?
LeBRA uses standard EU sizing. Specific sizing guidance is available on each product page.
How should I care for my garments?
We recommend following the care instructions provided on the garment label to maintain the quality and longevity of your product.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
Selected products may be restocked depending on availability and demand. For updates regarding future restocks, please follow LeBRA on Instagram or contact our support team.
