Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you purchase goods from LeBRA for delivery and form an agreement between you and:
- LeBRA ApS (Anpartsselskab / Danish private limited company)
- Registered address: Hovedporten 3E, ST., 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark
- CVR (company registration) no.: 46231023
- Email: contact@lebra.eu
- Website ("the Home Page"): lebra.eu
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "LeBRA" mean LeBRA ApS, and "you" means the customer placing an order. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies page.
1. Concluding an agreement
1.1 By placing an order through the Home Page you accept these Terms. The agreement is concluded in English.
1.2 Purchases are subject to applicable Danish and EU consumer legislation, including the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
1.3 To place an order, add the items you want to your cart, review and amend your selection, and then enter your name, address, email, and chosen delivery method (and a phone number if requested for delivery) before continuing to payment.
1.4 A binding agreement is not formed when you submit your order or when payment is initiated. A binding agreement is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
1.5 We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of obvious errors, including typographical errors, technical faults, or manifestly incorrect prices.
2. Prices and payment
2.1 Prices are shown in your local market currency where available, using Shopify Markets, and otherwise in euro (EUR). The currency, together with any applicable taxes and shipping, is confirmed at checkout.
2.2 Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply under local regulations; these are the customer's responsibility, and LeBRA is not responsible for taxes or charges levied by foreign authorities.
2.3 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay (in selected Nordic countries), and may offer digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
2.4 Payment is processed by our payment service provider, Shopify Payments, using 3D Secure (Strong Customer Authentication) over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by LeBRA.
2.5 Depending on your payment method, the amount may be reserved on your payment method when you place your order and charged when your order is confirmed or dispatched.
3. Delivery
3.1 LeBRA ships to selected European countries, including the United Kingdom. Available destinations, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
3.2 Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark, typically within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), using trusted carriers: DHL, UPS, GLS, and DAO (where available).
3.3 Delivery options and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.
3.4 Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and seasonal demand. We may change the delivery method to one of equivalent or higher standard at no extra cost to you.
3.5 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Pre-orders
4.1 Selected LeBRA products are available for pre-order. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is shown on the product page and at checkout.
4.2 Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping from 9 September 2026. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
4.3 If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Right of cancellation (14-day right of withdrawal)
5.1 Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is a statutory right and is separate from, and in addition to, LeBRA's voluntary return policy in clause 6.
5.2 The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where you order multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from possession of the last item.
5.3 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear, unambiguous statement — for example by email to contact@lebra.eu or by letter to LeBRA ApS, Hovedporten 3E, ST., 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark — stating your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form in clause 14, but you are not required to. The deadline is met if you send your communication before the cancellation period expires.
5.4 We provide information about your right of withdrawal, including the model cancellation form in clause 14, together with your order. This information also forms part of these Terms.
5.5 If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any extra cost arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method). We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5.6 We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earliest.
5.7 You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, consistent with our return policy in clause 6.
5.8 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a shop without losing this right.
6. Returns and refunds (voluntary return policy)
6.1 In addition to your statutory right of cancellation in clause 5, you may return your order under LeBRA's voluntary return policy within 14 days of delivery. Items returned under this policy must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
6.2 The conditions in this clause 6 apply to LeBRA's voluntary return policy and do not limit your statutory right of cancellation in clause 5, which permits you to inspect the goods as you would in a shop; under clause 5 you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond establishing the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6.3 To start a return, register it through our returns portal — see our Returns & Refunds page for the link and full details — using your email address and order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
6.4 Returns are sent to LeBRA ApS, Hovedporten 3E, ST., 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark.
6.5 Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your refund within 1–4 business days, to the original payment method used at checkout.
6.6 Exchanges can be requested through the returns portal, subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Right of complaint (reklamationsret)
7.1 As a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). This means you may complain about defects that were present at the time of delivery.
7.2 You must notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after you discover, or should have discovered, it.
7.3 If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask you to return the item so we can examine it.
7.4 Where a valid complaint applies, you are entitled to have the defect remedied by repair or replacement, and — where that is not possible, is not done within a reasonable time, or would cause you significant inconvenience — to a proportionate price reduction or to cancel the purchase for a refund, in accordance with Købeloven. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for a valid complaint.
8. Reservations
8.1 Technical and typographical errors may occur on the Home Page, including in prices, descriptions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
8.2 We may amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in force at the time you place your order apply to that order.
9. Inquiries and complaints
9.1 If you have a question or complaint, please contact us in writing at contact@lebra.eu. We will do our best to resolve the matter.
9.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may, as a consumer, refer it to the Danish out-of-court complaints bodies: the Center for Klageløsning (mediation team) and, if the matter remains unresolved, the Forbrugerklagenævnet (Consumer Complaints Board), both at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. Before filing, you must first have complained to us (for example by email to contact@lebra.eu) and been unable to reach a solution. Complaints can be filed online via the complaints portal at naevneneshus.dk.
9.3 Monetary thresholds apply to such complaints and vary by product category (for example, a lower minimum value applies to ordinary goods).
10. Intellectual property rights
10.1 All content on the Home Page and all LeBRA products — including text, images, graphics, designs, and the LeBRA name and logo — are protected by copyright, design rights, and trademark rights, and are owned by LeBRA ApS.
10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Force majeure
11.1 We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport failures, natural disasters, pandemics, war, fire, flood, or default by suppliers. In such cases the delivery time is extended accordingly, and we will notify you of any significant delay.
12. Personal data and cookies
12.1 We collect and process personal data (such as your name, address, email, order details, and any phone number you provide) in order to fulfil your order and operate the Home Page. The full details of how we process your data — including the Article 6 GDPR legal bases for each processing purpose, our data processors, retention periods, and your rights — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 The Home Page uses cookies and similar technologies. For details, see our Cookies page.
12.3 You have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing of your personal data with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark; phone +45 33 19 32 00; email dt@datatilsynet.dk; web datatilsynet.dk.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. Nothing in this clause deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including your right under EU rules to bring or defend proceedings there.
14. Model cancellation form
14.1 You may use the following form if you wish to cancel your purchase, but you are not required to. Complete and return it only if you want to withdraw from the contract.
