Everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your LeBRA order.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Products must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.

Exchanges may be requested through our returns portal within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

You can expect to receive your refund within 1–4 business days after your return has been received and approved at our fulfillment center. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Returning an Item

If you would like to return an item from your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Register your return through our returns portal using your email address and order number.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return.
  3. Attach the provided return label securely to the outside of the package.
  4. Place the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and enclosed materials.
  5. Deliver the parcel to your nearest shipping drop-off location.
  6. We recommend requesting a receipt upon shipment as proof of return.
