Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how LeBRA ApS ("LeBRA", "we", "us") processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed at lebra.eu. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
General Information
- LeBRA ships to selected European countries, including the United Kingdom and Ireland. Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark, typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping from 09 September 2026.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Orders within the EU include applicable VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Carriers are handled via our shipping platform: GLS and DAO (Denmark); UPS and DHL (Europe, United Kingdom, and Ireland). The methods and prices below are shown and confirmed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), as well as a voluntary 14-day return policy. Both periods run from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact, and show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's cost, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
How to Return or Exchange
- Start your return or exchange through our returns portal at [RETURNS PORTAL URL].
- Return the item unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your refund within 1-4 business days to the original payment method.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at contact@lebra.eu and we will arrange a resolution. In these cases, return shipping is at our cost.
You also have a 24-month right of complaint (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) for defective items.
